Warning: Malicious Rust Packages on Crates.io Found Stealing Crypto Keys
Two malicious packages, 'faster_log' and 'async_println', were discovered on the official Rust package registry, Crates.io, after being downloaded nearly 8,500 times. These packages impersonated the legitimate ‘fast_log’ crate to deceive developers.
